Tourists who intend to spend a few days in Sarajevo, accommodation in a number of hostels will pay 15 - 60 KM. However, the tourism board say that, according to their data, their work reported only four hostels.

Founded in 1945 under the name Museum of Revolution, it has been renamed into Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1993. It exhibits a timeline of Bosnia and Herzegovina history from the Middle Ages to present day. The Museum has a collection of about 300,000 artifacts and museum objects. In 2001, the Museum displayed its own collection in three exhibitions.

The Museum is open every working day, including Saturdays and Sundays, if announced.
