Treskavica is one of the most attractive mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located south from Sarajevo and its highest peak is 2,086 meters above the sea level. On clear days, the Adriatic Sea and Montenegro can be seen from Treskavica.  |
The Vlasic Mountain is one of the most accessible mountains in the Balkans. Thanks to well-maintained roads, this vast mountain is completely accessible to visitors during the whole year.  |
The Sator Mountain is located in the western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where it separates the Livno Polje Field from the Glamoc Polje Field. It was named after a cone shaped peak, resembling a tent, at 1,875 meters above the sea level.  |

The rugged Kupres plateau extends from the northwest to the southeast of the country, about 3 hours from Sarajevo. The plateau is covered by snow usually 5 months of the year. At 1,250 meters above the sea level it is perfect for winter sports lovers. Visitors, however, should be prepared to harsh Alpine climate.  |
The Cvrsnica Mountain is one of the highest mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina – its highest peak is Plocno Peak (2,228m). The mountain is located in the northern part of Herzegovina, close to Posusje. Because of an unusual beauty of its natural environment, this mountain is regularly visited by alpinists from the country and the whole region.  |
The Kamesnica Mountain stretches at the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The highest peak Konj (1,854 m) is located on the side of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but provides magnificent views of both countries.  |

The Trebevic Mountain is located southeast from Sarajevo and it is one of the favorite excursion sites of Sarajevo citizens. The Mountain peak is 1,627 meters high and it is bordering the Jahorina Mountain.  |
