INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL BLIFF
The Festival is being organized by Film Institute Banja Luka. BLIFF's long term aims are cultural development in Banjaluka and the region, advancement of film education and opening new channels of communication and collaboration between our talented cultural workers and those from all around world. BLIFF will include competitive and non-competitive film programmes. Our film programme will have three competition sections - 1. Feature films competition, 2. Full-length documentary competition, 3.Student competition, educational programme of workshops and seminars led by international experts, and accompanying cultural programme of art exhibitions, concerts and interactive street performances.
